We make returns easy.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@stylesure.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
• With original tags attached

Trying on an item for fit is perfectly fine — just like you would in a store. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Non-returnable items

• Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.

We do not charge restocking fees. We do not deduct original shipping costs from your refund. What you paid is what you get back.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll cancel it free of charge. After that, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled — but you can return the item once it arrives.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — the fastest way to get the right size or color is to return your item and place a new order. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the return.
